Join Dr. James Escaloni and Dr. Ian Young as they explore the transformative benefits of integrating wireless ultrasound in dry needling practices.

In this 1-hour webinar, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of how ultrasound can enhance the accuracy of targeting myofascial trigger points, significantly reducing the risk of complications and improving therapeutic efficacy. You’ll learn:

  • The definition of dry needling, techniques and applications
  • The difference between acute and chronic tendinopathy
  • When to treat with dry needling, fenestration, or corticosteriods
  • The importance of ultrasound guidance in dry needling
  • Future perspective and research of ultrasound-guided dry needling

Whether you’re treating trigger points or tendinopathy, success of the treatment depends on the accuracy of your needle placement. The ability to visualize the target and guide a needle in real-time has been shown to increase accuracy, improving overall treatment efficacy.

During this webinar, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how ultrasound technology can be utilized to visualize soft tissues, identify optimal needle insertion points, and monitor the needle’s path in real-time.

Our expert speakers will present recent research findings, real case studies, and clinical guidelines that highlight the advantages of using ultrasound, including faster recovery times and increased patient satisfaction.

This webinar is an essential platform for physiotherapists seeking to refine their skills, adopt innovative practices, and achieve better clinical outcomes in musculoskeletal care. Whether you are new to the field of dry needling or looking to enhance your existing techniques, this presentation will provide valuable insights and tools to advance your practice. Join us to learn how ultrasound can elevate the standard of care in physical therapy through enhanced precision in dry needling.
